Warranty
Warranty applies to both commercial and residential products.
We offer a 10 year anti-rot guarantee on timber posts against structural failure caused by rot with all our frames, provided you maintain your building or structure after installation. We recommend giving your frame/house a regular wash down and a treatment every year. Our sales team can give advice and guidance on this.
We provide a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty on all Climbing Frames and Playhouses which are installed by our professional installation team. This does not apply to products purchased from us but installed by any other joiner or similar – only our trained install teams.
We also provide a 1 year accessory warranty for any manufacturing faults. This does not cover weather or accidental damage (eg. Football kicked at slide causing damage)
We recommend not using frames until aprox. 2 hours after installation to allow the concrete to completely set.
Please note:
- All products are custom made to order and for this reason we do not enter orders into our diary until we have received a deposit, especially bespoke orders (bespoke includes any upgrades/modifications).
- Ex-displays are ‘sold as seen’. We highly recommend viewing an ex-display product before purchasing. Ex-displays will come in the colour they currently are, we don’t re-paint them or make any amendments unless we say so otherwise. The 10 year anti-rot guarantee runs from when the product is manufactured (for example, if on display for 1 year the warranty is reduced to 9 year anti-rot). We aim to sell and refresh display items approx. every 6 months so the customer can get the full life expectancy. Feel free to ask us how long it has been on display if we forget to mention.
- We do not accept trade-ins, including our own work. We don’t recommend selling on as it can have effect on the warranty, especially when the second buyer is not the name and address on our system. We will not be held accountable for second hand purchases.
- We do not accept returns or buy our products back. We do not offer refunds or part refunds. Deposits are non-refundable
- We do not carry out pre-inspections of the ground or complete groundworks. A suitable base for both frames and houses/sheds must be in place prior to our arrival, the customer is reliable for a sufficient prepared base. An unsuitable base may cause issues later down the line and any rectifications required due to this may be charged for.
- We may charge a call out fee, as well as a material charge, to make any changes or alterations you request after the product is fitted. Changes and alterations may also be charged if they weren’t initially invoiced for. The charge of repairs and/or replacement costs may apply if we are not at fault or the warranty has expired.
- If any product is altered after installation by someone other than our installation team the Warranty on that product will be cancelled.
