A childrens playhouse to be proud of; this pretty playhouse has an internal storey and an external staircase leading to a balcony play area

This very pretty chalet style childrens playhouse has two storeys and plenty of scope for lots of fun imaginative play.  It has an internal staircase giving access from the ground to the first floor.

Externally there is a staircase  which leads to a balconied platform area, 3ft wide,  that wraps around two sides  of the playhouse.  The right hand side of the balcony platform is 3ft wide and has a telescope fitted to the balustrade rail, this allows the children to sit down and observe anyone approaching their playhouse and  allows the space for an open spiral slide to come off this side of the balcony.

The ground floor of the playhouse is 8ft wide x 7ft deep plus a 3ft external vernada area.   The front has a  door with diamond shape cut out and two rectangular  windows to the left hand side of it.
